I am indeed very happy that the Uday Memorial B. Ed., Kedal, Ranchi is organising a International seminar on “Digital technology in education for sustainable development”. This theme has great relevance to the digital technology in education for sustainable development.

In a world with diverse cultures, demographics, political ideologies etc. faster progress towards sustainable development needs increased use of digital technologies. Integration of digital technologies like artificial intelligence, digital societies, digital literacy, blended learning, and use of technology can bring the green revolution, etc. with classroom teaching can build awareness, skills, attitudes and values among students in the journey towards sustainable development.

An international seminar on the digital technology in education for sustainable development would be a perfect opportunity for the intellectuals to come together and discuss and suggest the ways in which digital technology can play vital role in education for sustainable development.
