Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the part/unit of machines and computer systems with programming to simulate human intelligence. It allows computer systems to perform tasks like leaning, reasing pattern recognition, problem Solving and decision making. By processing massive datasets using algorithms. Artificial Intelligence (AI) automates complex processes across nearly every industry.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) for skill development in developing countries is very important and helpful to every developing country for their survival and competence in other developing countries. After knowledge of the skill development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), so many services and business opportunities will create and every developing countries make or create opportunities for their people for work in world levels. Developing countries have so many cost staff to work for Artificial Intelligence (AI) on minimum or low salary, because developing countries have to many ‘brain drain’ to work easily.
Developing a country’s government should make their policies for artificial intelligence (AI) survive and work smoothly without any problem with rule and regulation. The Government will have to make their policies hard and soft. In the sense of hard rules and regulations for any persons or people can’t misuse the artificial intelligence’s tools for harm to other person or people. Other side soft rules and regulations for every person or people use artificial intelligence’s tools to work smoothly without any problems. Developing a country’s government should fill out the regulatory gaps between government and people can use artificial intelligence’s tools. Developing a country’s government must should stop local artificial intelligence tellent. No worsening lay “brain dram”, where top professionals of artificial intelligence (AI) can’t go to other countries.
While artificial intelligence (AI) brings unprecedented efficiencies and opportunities. It also raises significant ethical concerns. Key issues monitored by organizations like UNESCO include the potential for artificial intelligence (AI) models to embed social biases threaten human rights, and displace traditional labour. Because of this massive societal shift, global leaders and institutions emphasize the importance of keeping human control at the centre artificial intelligence (AI) development.
I wish the seminar all success.
